Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, many attractions are delaying their 2020 season until at least early July and event organisers are cancelling or postponing their events. There will be no public events until early July at the latest.

Working watermill. Among the many traditional trades and crafts displayed are the wheelwright's shop, transported from Devon and preserved exactly as it was left on the day the owner shut up shop, and the equally authentic Blacksmith's shop. Another aspect of the Mill and Rural Life Museum presentations are the models depicting the many types of mills that exist plus various scenic displays and some 30 carriages and wagons.
