German Naval Signals HQ 2026
The headquarters of the German Naval Commander Channel Islands was established in the nearby La Collinette Hotel, and the Signal HQ was responsible for all radio traffic to and from Germany and the other Islands. It was the last operational Signals HQ that ran until 9th May 1945, using the Enigma code machines that were being decoded by the staff at Bletchley Park.
