Fountains Abbey & Watermill (2025)
The mill was built by the Cistercians in the 12th century to grind grain for the monastery. Having survived the closure of the Abbey, it continued to mill grain right up to 1927. There is an interactive exhibition and see objects discovered when the mill was restored in 2001.
