South Tynedale Railway (2025)
2ft gauge railway along part of the former Alston-Haltwhistle branch with 2.25 miles in use. Steam and diesel trains operate between Alston Station, Kirkhaugh and Lintley Halt through the South Tyne Valley. Also home to The Hub museum which contains a selection of local transport and household exhibits along with historic photographs, posters and memorabilia of the local area.
