Coronavirus

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, many attractions are delaying their 2020 season until at least early July and event organisers are cancelling or postponing their events. There will be no public events until early July at the latest.

While we will try to update the information on this site as much as possible, we cannot guarantee to have all the information we would like. Therefore we urge you to check the latest information on the attraction or event’s website or Facebook pages, and to contact them before travelling to avoid disappointment.

Sat 26th Sep 2020 Tinkers Park Open Day

This is an opportunity to see as much of the Claude Jessett collection of steam road vehicles, farming equipment, vintage vehicles and stationary engines as we can possibly put on display. In addition there will be visiting traction engines and working displays. The 2ft gauge railway will be running all day as well as our miniature passenger carrying railway. The museum of fairground and dance hall organs will be open and there will be free traction engine trailer rides round the park.
