The Rural Life Museum (North Lincolnshire) 2024

The museum comes to life in displays such as the tenant farmer’s kitchen and backyard, and the saddler’s and blacksmith’s workshops. The Coach House houses a miniature farm wagon, made for the Sheffield children by the Normanby village’s wheelwright. There's a collection of firefighting equipment, with one of the fire engines, a 1900s horse-drawn steamer, was bought by Sir Berkeley, Sheffield in order to set up the Normanby Park Fire Brigade in around 1915.
