For an amazing experience on your radar! Go onboard HMS Alliance, the world’s only British WW2 era ocean going submarine which is now ready for patrol. Meet a submariner to hear his stories about living beneath the waves.

Set on the Gosport side of Portsmouth Harbour, the museum is also home to the Royal Navy’s very first submarine Holland 1 and the only surviving WW2 midget submarine, X24. This family friendly museum has working periscopes, hands on interactive games, the funny “Horrible Science of Submarines” exhibition and an indoor family play centre “Busy Boat Bay”.
