Wymondham Abbey Halt
Our Diesel Railcar provides services on quieter days and is seen amidst the rural tranquilty at Wymondham Abbey Halt and in the shadow of the ancient Abbey Church.
East Anglia's longest heritage railway, operating diesel and summer steam train services on the former Great Eastern Railway route between Dereham and Thuxton, passing through pleasant rural countryside and small wayside stations en route. Also County School Station (NR20 5LE) open at weekends with miniature railway.

Services always commence each operating day from the railway's headquarters at Dereham, and most trains call at Yaxham and Thuxton. Limited services are also now able to operate on special occasions a further two miles northwards from Dereham to Hoe – although there is no access or platform there.
