Longhope Lifeboat Museum 2027

This small museum holds a vast collection of artefacts along with the story of the Longhope lifeboat from 1874. The 'Thomas McCunn' resides in this old lifeboat station building from where she was launched while she was in service from 1933 to 1962; this is her original setting and she is still seaworthy. She is the main exhibit and is the sparkling jewel in the crown, and is still slipway launched on special occasions.
