Internal Fire Museum of Power 2025

The museum is dedicated to the internal combustion engine, large and small, with an interesting and developing collection of engines, many of which are in working order. Now includes a steam engine hall.

The museum has been in operation for some years and is still growing. Over 60 working engines ranging from petrol Listers through to 30 tons Allen and Ruston diesels, plus a 4,000 horsepower Bristol Proteus gas turbine. Vintage telephone exchanges and other interactive displays. Working Radio Rooms for visiting Amateur Radio licence holders to use.
