East Hill Cliff Railway 2026

The UK’s steepest funicular railway is a structure of national importance and a source of immense local pride, opened in 1902, it has long looked out onto Europe's largest beach-launched fishing fleet on The Stade. It provides thousands of visitors and residents easy access to Hastings Country Park and some of the most spectacular vantage points over the town.
