Blair Atholl Watermill & Tea Room 2024
There has been a mill here since at least the 1590s, and is one of the last working watermills in Scotland. See how they stone grind wheat, oats rye and spelt in the traditional manner. The watermill is fed from the River Tilt and as a spate river it relies on the water level for milling.
