By Bus: Arriva Services No.1 (from Darlington) and No.5 (from Bishop Auckland) stop on Dale Road just outside Locomotion

By Rail: Shildon / 300 yards

At Locomotion: the National Railway Museum at Shildon there are more than 70 railway heritage vehicles from the National Collection on display! You will also find an indoor picnic area, the 'Platform Seven Café', gift shop, and outdoor play area.

Catering for everyone, the museum has free entry and free parking!
