Steam Heritage Guide Entries
The publishers produce the Steam Heritage Guide on the understanding that entries are included in good faith and are based on information supplied by the museum, attraction, site or event, or obtained from research sources. It is the responsibility of organisers to ensure that correct information is supplied by an authorised and responsible person.
Entries must be submitted on forms as supplied by the Steam Heritage Guide or online at www.steamheritage.co.uk on the understanding that the publishers reserve the right to amend or exclude any entry without reason.
Please check the information submitted is correct as the publishers can accept no liability for inaccurate or incorrect entries however caused.
Entries in the printed Steam Heritage Guide are reproduced with the information we believe to be accurate at the time of going to press. Organisers are encouraged to advise of any changes as soon as possible so these can be shown on the Steam Heritage Guide website.
Advertising Terms & Conditions

Purchase Order
- The booking form is to be returned with an authorised customer signature which confirms the amounts and details of the order to be correct, with the name of your authorised signatory printed and clearly legible and/or:
- Either a customer purchase order with a valid order number on your letterhead or an email confirmation with written acceptance of the order from the customer.
- Editorial and information to be provided on the Advertiser’s Information Form, and the customer to proved the photo or artwork according to our specification.
- Receipt of 1a or 1b confirm you have committed to the order and accept our terms and conditions below:

Price and Invoicing
- The Price shall be the Publisher’s quoted or agreed price on the booking form. Any special artwork or amendments to artwork will be charged extra at cost.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices will be raised at point of order and customers are required to make payment in full within 30 days of the invoice date, or within 7 days of the invoice if the printing date is within a period of less than 30 days of the order. Failure to pay on time will result in the advertising being withdrawn.
- Interest on any overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment, at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England base rate.

Cancellation
- 50% of any contract price paid will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing within 30 days of booking or at least 30 days in advance of the printing of the Steam Heritage Guide, whichever is the sooner. Thereafter, the contract price is not refundable.

Contract
- The Booking Form and the terms and conditions herein represent the entire contract between the publishers of the Steam Heritage Guide and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
