Etruria Industrial Museum was due to re-open on 7-8 April for its Easter Steaming weekend. Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, this event has had to be re-scheduled. The dedicated volunteer group who maintain and operate the museum's working exhibits will be working hard to get Britain's last steam-powered potter's mill up-and-running as soon as possible. The next confirmed steaming date will be at the Jubilee Canals Festival on the 2-3 June. New dates for the rescheduled steaming are still pending, visitors are advised to keep an eye on the website http://www.stoke.gov.uk/museum for all the latest updates.
